# §3299. Child abduction and sex offenses


Notwithstanding any other law, an indictment may be found or an information instituted at any time without limitation for any [offense](/usc/18/3156.md?p=a-2) under [section 1201](/usc/18/1201.md) involving a minor victim, and for any [felony](/usc/18/3156.md?p=a-3) under chapter [109A](/usc/18/chptI/ch109A.md), [110](/usc/18/chptI/ch110.md) (except for section[^1] 2257 and 2257A), or 117, or section 1591.
