# §1364. Interference with foreign commerce by violence


[Whoever](/usc/18/921.md?p=a-1), with intent to prevent, interfere with, or obstruct or attempt to prevent, interfere with, or obstruct the exportation to foreign countries of articles from the [United States](/usc/18/229F.md?p=9), injures or destroys, by fire or [explosives](/usc/18/841.md?p=d), such articles or the places where they may be while in such foreign [commerce](/usc/18/232.md?p=2), shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both.
