# §8486. Assistive technology


In carrying out this part, the [Secretary concerned](/usc/16/8401.md?p=8) may enter into partnerships, contracts, or agreements with other Federal, [State](/usc/16/8401.md?p=9), Tribal, local, or private entities, including existing outfitting and guiding services, to make [assistive technology](/usc/16/8471.md?p=3) available on [Federal recreational lands and waters](/usc/16/8401.md?p=2).
