# §835h. Acts and regulations by Secretary of the Interior


The [Secretary](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-1) of the Interior is authorized to perform any and all acts and to prescribe such regulations as he may deem appropriate to carry out the provisions of sections [835d](/usc/16/835d.md) to [835g](/usc/16/835g.md) of this title.
