# §833o. Authority of Secretary of the Interior for acquisition of Indian land


The [Secretary](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-1) of the Interior is authorized to perform any and all acts and to prescribe such regulations as he may deem appropriate to carry out the provisions of sections [833l](/usc/16/833l.md) to [833p](/usc/16/833p.md) of this title.
