# §833k. Separability


If any provision of this chapter or the application of such provision to any [person](/usc/16/450rr–1.md?p=b) or circumstances shall be held invalid, the remainder of the chapter and the application of such provisions to [persons](/usc/16/450rr–1.md?p=b) or circumstances other than those as to which it is held invalid shall not be affected thereby.
