# §80b. Administration for public recreational purposes


The National [Park](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-3) Service shall, under the rules and regulations to be prescribed by the [Secretary](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-1) of the Interior, administer for public recreational purposes the lands withdrawn.
