# §79h. Memorial groves named for benefactors


The present practice of the California Department of [Parks](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-3) and Recreation of maintaining [memorial](/usc/16/450ss–1.md?p=2) groves of redwood trees named for benefactors of the [State](/usc/16/590q.md?p=a) redwood [parks](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-3) shall be continued by the [Secretary](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-1) in the Redwood National [Park](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-3).
