# §79–1. Yosemite National Park; expansion of reservoir capacity


Notwithstanding any other provision of law, no [Federal lands](/usc/16/620e.md?p=2) may be used for the expansion of the capacity of any reservoir which is located within the boundaries of Yosemite National [Park](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-3) unless Congress enacts specific statutory authorization after October 31, 1988, for such expansion.
