# §7808. Territorial participation


The Secretary of State shall ensure participation in the [Commission](/usc/16/7801.md?p=2) and its subsidiary bodies by American Samoa, Guam, and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands to the extent allowed under United States law.
