# §773d. Cooperation of Federal agencies


Any agency of the Federal Government is authorized upon request of the [Commission](/usc/16/773.md?p=b), to cooperate in the conduct of scientific and other programs, and to furnish on a reimbursable basis, facilities and personnel for the purposes of assisting the [Commission](/usc/16/773.md?p=b) in carrying out its duties under the [Convention](/usc/16/773.md?p=a). Such agency may accept reimbursement from the [Commission](/usc/16/773.md?p=b).
