# §760–9. Establishment of fish hatchery in Pennsylvania


The [Secretary](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-1) of the Interior is authorized to establish, construct, equip, operate, and maintain a new fish hatchery in the northwestern part of the [State](/usc/16/590q.md?p=a) of Pennsylvania.
