# §758e–4. “Central, Western, and South Pacific Ocean area” defined


As used in sections [758e](/usc/16/758e.md) to [758e–5](/usc/16/758e–5.md) of this title, the term “Central, Western, and South Pacific Ocean” means that [area](/usc/16/539m–1.md?p=1-A) of the Pacific Ocean between latitudes 30 degrees north to 30 degrees south and from longitudes 120 degrees east to 130 degrees west.
