# §758e–3. Regulations; contract terms and conditions


The [Secretary](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-1) shall prescribe such regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of sections [758e](/usc/16/758e.md) to [758e–5](/usc/16/758e–5.md) of this title. Any contract entered into pursuant to [section 758e of this title](/usc/16/758e.md) shall be subject to such terms and conditions as the [Secretary](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-1) deems necessary and appropriate to protect the interests of the United States.
