# §730. Violations of law or regulations; punishment


Any [person](/usc/16/450rr–1.md?p=b) who shall violate or fail to comply with any provision of or any regulation made pursuant to this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not more than $500 or be imprisoned not more than six months, or both.
