# §718p. Authority to issue electronic duck stamps

- (a) **In general—** The [Secretary](/usc/16/718o.md?p=4) may authorize any [State](/usc/16/718j.md?p=b-4) to issue [electronic stamps](/usc/16/718o.md?p=3) in accordance with this subchapter.
- (b) **Consultation—** The [Secretary](/usc/16/718o.md?p=4) shall implement this section in consultation with [State](/usc/16/718j.md?p=b-4) management agencies.
