# §715b. Annual report


The [commission](/usc/16/544.md?p=c) created by [section 715a of this title](/usc/16/715a.md) shall, through its chairman, annually report in detail to Congress, not later than the first Monday in December, the operations of the [commission](/usc/16/544.md?p=c) during the preceding fiscal year.
