# §7010. Authorization of appropriations


There are authorized to be appropriated to the [Secretary](/usc/16/7001.md?p=8) such sums as may be necessary to carry out the obligations of the United States under the [Agreement](/usc/16/7001.md?p=2) and this chapter.
