# §695h. Ownership by State of California of works constructed


Works constructed under the authorization of [section 695e of this title](/usc/16/695e.md), for the purpose of supplying [State](/usc/16/590q.md?p=a) wildlife management [areas](/usc/16/539m–1.md?p=1-A) with water, shall become the property of the [State](/usc/16/590q.md?p=a) of California when constructed.
