# §695g. Authorization of appropriations


There are hereby authorized to be appropriated such funds, not to exceed $400,000, for construction of necessary works to supply water for [State](/usc/16/590q.md?p=a) and federally owned and operated waterfowl management [areas](/usc/16/539m–1.md?p=1-A) in the San Joaquin Valley to carry out the purposes of sections [695d](/usc/16/695d.md) to [695j–1](/usc/16/695j–1.md) of this title.
