# §693d. Cooperation with public and private agencies; contributions and gifts for Robert S. Kerr Center


The [Secretary](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-1) of Agriculture is hereby authorized to cooperate with and receive the cooperation of public and private agencies and organizations and individuals in the development, administration, and operation of the Robert S. Kerr [Memorial](/usc/16/450ss–1.md?p=2) Arboretum and Nature Center. The [Secretary](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-1) of Agriculture is authorized to accept contributions and gifts to be used to further the purposes of sections [693b](/usc/16/693b.md) to 693d of this title.
