# §693a. Rules and regulations for administration of Ouachita National Forest; violations; penalties


The [Secretary](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-1) of Agriculture shall execute the provisions of this section and [section 693 of this title](/usc/16/693.md), and he is authorized to prescribe all general rules and regulations for the administration of such game sanctuaries and refuges, and [violation](/usc/16/620e.md?p=11) of such rules and regulations shall be punished by fine of not more than $500 or imprisonment for not more than six months or both.
