# §6910. Authorization of appropriations


There are authorized to be appropriated to the [Secretary](/usc/16/6901.md?p=9) of Commerce such sums as may be necessary to carry out this chapter and to pay the United States’ contribution to the [Commission](/usc/16/6901.md?p=3) under [section 5](/usc/16/5.md) of part III of the [WCPFC Convention](/usc/16/6901.md?p=12).
