# §690g. Violation of laws and regulations; penalties


Any [person](/usc/16/450rr–1.md?p=b) who shall violate or fail to comply with any provision of, or any regulation made pursuant to sections [690d](/usc/16/690d.md) to [690i](/usc/16/690i.md) of this title shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not more than $500 or be imprisoned not more than six months, or both.
