# §674b. White Horse Hill National Game Preserve; acquisition of additional lands


The [Secretary](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-1) of the Interior is authorized to [acquire](/usc/16/620e.md?p=1), by purchase or otherwise, after July 1, 1932, an [area](/usc/16/539m–1.md?p=1-A) of land not to exceed three thousand acres, at an average cost of not more than $10 per acre, with the improvements thereon, situated on the east and south of said [preserve](/usc/16/698u–1.md?p=2) as described in [section 674a of this title](/usc/16/674a.md), within sections 10, [11](/usc/16/11.md), [12](/usc/16/12.md), [13](/usc/16/13.md), [14](/usc/16/14.md), [15](/usc/16/15.md), [22](/usc/16/22.md), [23](/usc/16/23.md), and [24](/usc/16/24.md), township 152 north, range 65 west, fifth principal meridian, said lands, upon [acquisition](/usc/16/620e.md?p=1) by the United States, to become a part of the White Horse Hill National Game [Preserve](/usc/16/698u–1.md?p=2).
