# §673e. Cooperation of Secretaries of the Interior, Agriculture and Defense with State of California


The [Secretary](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-1) of the Interior, the [Secretary](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-1) of Agriculture, and the [Secretary](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-1) of Defense shall cooperate with the [State](/usc/16/590q.md?p=a) of California in making the lands under their respective jurisdictions reasonably available for the preservation and grazing of Tule elk in such manner and to such extent as may be consistent with Federal law.
