# §670e–1. Federal enforcement of other laws


All Federal laws relating to the management of natural resources on [Federal land](/usc/16/3102.md?p=2) may be enforced by the [Secretary](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-1) of Defense with respect to [violations](/usc/16/620e.md?p=11) of the laws that occur on [military installations](/usc/16/670.md?p=1) within the [United States](/usc/16/670.md?p=5).
