# §6707. Authorization of appropriations

- (a) **In general—** There is authorized to be appropriated to carry out this chapter $15,000,000 for each fiscal year.
- (b) **Limitation—** No funds made available under [subsection (a)](#a) shall be used to pay the costs of constructing any facilities.
