# §583j–6. United States release from liability


The United States shall not be liable for any debts, defaults, acts or omissions of the [Foundation](/usc/16/450ss–1.md?p=1) nor shall the full faith and credit of the United States extend to any obligations of the [Foundation](/usc/16/450ss–1.md?p=1).
