# §5723. Exemption


[Chapter 10](/usc/5/chptI/ch10.md) of title 5 shall not apply to the [Panel](/usc/16/5702.md?p=2) or to an [advisory committee](/usc/16/698u–1.md?p=1) established under [section 5722 of this title](/usc/16/5722.md).
