# §565a. Cooperation by Secretary of Agriculture with Territories


The [Secretary](/usc/16/580p.md?p=3) of Agriculture is authorized to cooperate with the Territories of the United States on the same terms and conditions as with [States](/usc/16/544.md?p=r) under sections 564 and [565](/usc/16/565.md)[^1] of this title.
