# §546a–2. Fish and game


Nothing in sections [546](/usc/16/546.md) to [546a–5](/usc/16/546a–5.md) of this title shall be construed as affecting the jurisdiction or responsibilities of the [State](/usc/16/590q.md?p=a) of Michigan with respect to [fish and wildlife](/usc/16/3102.md?p=17) in the [scenic area](/usc/16/544.md?p=o).
