# §521i. Unaffected lands


Nothing in sections [521c](/usc/16/521c.md) to 521i of this title shall authorize conveyance of [Federal lands](/usc/16/620e.md?p=2) within the [National Wilderness Preservation System](/usc/16/3102.md?p=13), National Wild and Scenic Rivers System, National Trails System, or National Monuments. Nothing in sections [521c](/usc/16/521c.md) to 521i of this title shall authorize sale of [Federal lands](/usc/16/620e.md?p=2), within National Recreation [Areas](/usc/16/539m–1.md?p=1-A).
