# §5203. Other relief


Injunctive relief against a [violation](/usc/16/620e.md?p=11) of [section 5201 of this title](/usc/16/5201.md) may be sought by—

- (1) the head of a [State](/usc/16/590q.md?p=a) agency with jurisdiction over fish or wildlife management;
- (2) the Attorney General of the United States; or
- (3) any [person](/usc/16/450rr–1.md?p=b) who is or would be adversely affected by the [violation](/usc/16/620e.md?p=11).
