# §5012. Disposition of property


The [Secretary](/usc/16/5002.md?p=16) shall dispose of any United States property held by the International North Pacific Fisheries [Commission](/usc/16/5002.md?p=4) on the date of its termination in a manner that would further the purposes of this chapter.
