# §4728. Brown tree snake control program


The [Task Force](/usc/16/4702.md?p=15) shall, within the program developed under [section 4722(a) of this title](/usc/16/4722.md?p=a), undertake a comprehensive, environmentally sound program in coordination with regional, territorial, [State](/usc/16/4702.md?p=13) and local entities to control the brown tree snake (Boiga irregularis) in Guam and other [areas](/usc/16/539m–1.md?p=1-A) where the species is established outside of its historic range.
