# §471h. Cooperation with public and private agencies, organizations, and individuals; acceptance of contributions and gifts


The [Secretary](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-1) of Agriculture is hereby authorized to cooperate with and receive the cooperation of public and private agencies and organizations and individuals in the development, administration, and operation of the Cradle of Forestry in America. The [Secretary](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-1) of Agriculture is authorized to accept contributions and gifts to be used to further the purposes of sections [471f](/usc/16/471f.md) to 471h of this title.
