# §47–4. Agreements to effectuate leases


The [Secretary](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-1) of the Interior may enter into agreements with other Federal agencies and with any concessioner or its successor in order to effectuate the purposes of sections [47–2](/usc/16/47–2.md) to [47–6](/usc/16/47–6.md) of this title.
