# §460yyy. Definitions


In this subchapter:

- (1) **Conservation Area—** The term “[Conservation Area](/usc/16/460iii–1.md?p=2)” means the Fort Stanton-Snowy River Cave National [Conservation Area](/usc/16/460iii–1.md?p=2) established by [section 460yyy–1(a) of this title](/usc/16/460yyy–1.md?p=a).
- (2) **Management plan—** The term “management plan” means the management plan developed for the [Conservation Area](/usc/16/460iii–1.md?p=2) under [section 460yyy–2(c) of this title](/usc/16/460yyy–2.md?p=c).
- (3) **Secretary—** The term “[Secretary](/usc/16/460iii–1.md?p=1)” means the [Secretary](/usc/16/460iii–1.md?p=1) of the Interior, acting through the Director of the Bureau of Land Management.
