# §460vv–16. Fishing and wildlife


Nothing in this subchapter shall be construed as affecting the jurisdiction or responsibilities of the [State](/usc/16/590q.md?p=a) with respect to wildlife and fish in the [areas](/usc/16/539m–1.md?p=1-A) designated by this subchapter.
