# §460ss–6. Definitions


As used in this subchapter—

- (1) The term “program” means the Klamath River Basin Conservation [Area](/usc/16/539m–1.md?p=1-A) Restoration Program established under [section 460ss–1(b) of this title](/usc/16/460ss–1.md?p=b).
- (2) The term “Secretary” means the Secretary of the Interior.
