# §460rrr. Definitions


In this subchapter:

- (1) **Commission—** The term “Commission” means the Rio Grande [Natural Area](#2) Commission established by [section 460rrr–2(a) of this title](/usc/16/460rrr–2.md?p=a).
- (2) **Natural Area—** The term “Natural Area” means the Rio Grande Natural Area established by [section 460rrr–1(a) of this title](/usc/16/460rrr–1.md?p=a).
- (3) **Secretary—** The term “[Secretary](/usc/16/460iii–1.md?p=1)” means the [Secretary](/usc/16/460iii–1.md?p=1) of the Interior.
