# §460nnn–92. Release from wilderness study area status


The [Federal lands](/usc/16/620e.md?p=2) included in the Wildlands Juniper Management [Area](/usc/16/539m–1.md?p=1-A) established under [section 460nnn–91 of this title](/usc/16/460nnn–91.md) are no longer subject to the requirement of [section 1782(c) of title 43](/usc/43/1782.md?p=c) pertaining to managing the lands so as not to impair the suitability of the lands for preservation as [wilderness](/usc/16/3102.md?p=13).
