# §460nnn–121. Authorization of appropriations


Except as provided in sections [460nnn–91(c)](/usc/16/460nnn–91.md?p=c) and [460nnn–122](/usc/16/460nnn–122.md) of this title, there is hereby authorized to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary to carry out this subchapter.
