# §460jj–3. Permits for facilities and services


The [Secretary](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-1) shall cooperate with other Federal agencies, with [State](/usc/16/590q.md?p=a) and local public agencies, and with private individuals and organizations in the issuance of permits for facilities and services in the Arapaho National Recreation [Area](/usc/16/539m–1.md?p=1-A) and the development and operation of those facilities and services.
