# §460a–9. Part of Blue Ridge Parkway; administration and maintenance of parkway extension


The parkway extension herein authorized shall be a part of the Blue Ridge Parkway and shall be administered and maintained by the [Secretary](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-1) of the Interior in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable thereto, including [section 460a–4 of this title](/usc/16/460a–4.md).
