# §459f–10. Authorization of appropriations


There are hereby authorized to be appropriated the sum of not more than $22,400,000 (including such sums, together with interest, as may be necessary to satisfy final judgments rendered against the United States) for the [acquisition](/usc/16/620e.md?p=1) of lands and interests in land and such sums as may be necessary for the development of the [area](/usc/16/539m–1.md?p=1-A) authorized under sections [459f](/usc/16/459f.md) to [459f–11](/usc/16/459f–11.md) of this title.
