# §459d–5. Roadways to access highways from mainland


The [Secretary](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-1) may provide for roadways from the north and south boundaries of such public recreation [area](/usc/16/539m–1.md?p=1-A) to the access highways from the mainland to Padre Island.
