# §459c–6b. Cooperation with utilities district; land use and occupancy; terms and conditions


The [Secretary](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-1) shall cooperate with the Bolinas Public Utilities District to protect and enhance the watershed values within the seashore. The [Secretary](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-1) may, at his or her discretion, permit the use and occupancy of lands added to the seashore by action of the Ninety-fifth Congress by the utilities district for water supply purposes, subject to such terms and conditions as the [Secretary](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-1) deems are consistent with the purposes of sections [459c](/usc/16/459c.md) to [459c–7](/usc/16/459c–7.md) of this title.
