# §459a–6. Acquisition of non-Federal land within boundaries of recreational area


[Section 101102 of title 54](/usc/54/101102.md) is amended to extend the authority of the [Secretary](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-1) of the Interior, contained therein, to the Cape Hatteras National Seashore Recreational [Area](/usc/16/539m–1.md?p=1-A).
